At FOMO Bar the vermouth (vermut) is the house one. It comes from Embrujo del Sur, a winery nearby, so if we run out we can get more quickly.
It's served in a Duralex glass with an olive. Try one. Then order the second.
Vermouth and gildas
La hora del vermut (vermouth hour) means a vermouth and something salty at the bar before lunch. Ours goes with gildas, from €2.60.
Vermouth hour starts when we open, at 12:30pm, every day.
Bottles to take away
The house vermouth is also sold by the bottle, 37 cl or 75 cl. Ask at the bar. It's the only thing to take away: food is served in the bar.
